Did you know the American Association of Orthodontists recommends a child’s first orthodontic checkup by age 7?
That doesn’t mean your child will need braces right away. In fact, many children aren’t ready for orthodontic treatment at age 7, and that’s perfectly normal.
The first visit helps us see how your child’s teeth and jaws are developing so we can guide their smile as they grow.
And if treatment isn’t needed yet, your child will get to join something fun…
The Senties Family Orthodontics Kids Club!
One of the biggest benefits of joining the Kids Club is peace of mind. You won’t have to wonder if your child’s teeth are developing properly.
You’ll know that Dr. Senties, your experienced, San Antonio children’s orthodontist, is keeping an eye on their smile as they grow.
We consider it a privilege to be part of your child’s journey, helping guide their smile development and letting you know if anything needs attention.
At Senties Family Orthodontics, we want your child to feel comfortable and excited about visiting the orthodontist. Visiting the orthodontist can be something to look forward to!
Our goal is to create positive experiences from the very beginning, so orthodontic visits feel fun, friendly, and familiar.
These experiences help children build confidence and develop a positive relationship with caring for their smile.
Every smile grows differently. Some children need early orthodontic treatment at age 6 or 7, while others may be ready around 10 or 11. A few may not need treatment at all!
By monitoring your child’s smile through our Kids Club, we can ensure treatment begins only when it will be most effective.
This approach helps create the best possible results while avoiding unnecessary or premature treatment.
